Did you update the X2 to 1.6.4? The phone apps also have recently released updates, are you using iPhone or Android?
I’ve just uploaded 1.6.5 with further fixes on the syncing, could you try that?

Hi, could you post here more details? What error is it giving you? Could you post a video?
I tried to sync and once is completed it shows “completed” but there isn’t any data on the apps
I updated to version 1.6.5, and the error persisted. Today, I performed 6 jumps, but they weren’t added to the log, nor was I able to download them to my phone. They are only being added to the total jump count.
When you attempt to sync, it fails to synchronize because the log does not contain the jumps performed; you jump, yet the count remains at zero. It adds the jump to the totalizer, but the log shows zero.
Today marks yet another day where performed 9 jumps, yet none were recorded in the Log; consequently, they cannot be downloaded to my phone. The device continues to increment the “Total Jumps” count, but the actual log remains empty. When I attempt to download the data, I receive a notification the very second the process finishes—simply because there are no records available to download. The question remains: has the root cause of this issue been identified, and is there an estimated timeframe for a fix?

I noticed the same issue with 1.6.5 firmware. On 1.6.3 there was not that problem
Updating to version 2.0; tomorrow I’ll be looking over the logs.
Just updated my firmware too, and still no dice with the sync. Previously, on firmware from a few months back, I’d see the following:
Now I just see it never gets to Syncing 3 of 12, it just continues counting down Syncing 2 of X until it gets to zero. That app says “completed”, the X2 says “some logs may not have synced” and nothing actually gets transferred.
I’d love to get these final logs synced before updating to 2.0.0. Any hope?

Could you try re-running the firmware update utility to get version 1.6.6?
This fixes a few issues and hopefully help you get logs synced before upgrading to firmware 2.0.

Sadly the latest firmware still does the same thing - error code 4 on the device. Though the device says version 1.6.5 despite redownloading and rerunning the firmware update utility just now from https://www.aon2.co.uk/files/firmware/x2_fwupdate_win_2.0.4.zip

Hi @arthur, just tried the update again from your link and it’s still not updating to 1.6.6. Maybe the zip file hasn’t got the right version in? Cheers!

@markt - I found a mistake with the uploaded firmware - it was 1.6.5 by mistake, I’ve corrected it to 1.6.6 now. Doing some testing it’s doing a lot better with syncing to the phone app.
Let me know if you’re still having issues.
